You must have already completed an Unarmed Guard Course or have your Unarmed Guard Card in order to receive an Armed Guard Card. Do Not enroll in this course if you have not completed the Unarmed Guard Class or have an Unarmed Guard Card. TOTAL COST OF THE COURSE IS $100.00, $75.00 for the Online Portion plus a $25.00 Range Fee for the Live In-Person Training.

Please note that this course is NOT designed to teach a participant how to shoot. You MUST already have basic pistol shooting skills in order to complete this course. If you have never fired a weapon before, or are unsure of your shooting abilities, please call us at 602-863-1022 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to discuss your options. A standard duty type firearm will be required for this course. (Semi - Automatic Pistol, Full-Frame chambered in 9mm, .40s&w or .45acp / Full-Frame Revolver chambered in .38 or .357) Concealed Carry type firearms are not suitable for this course or carry as an Armed Security Officer, .22 and .380 caliber firearms are also not suitable for this course or carry as an Armed Security Officer. If you have questions on the type of firearms that are acceptable, please call us Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm at 602-863-1022 prior to enrollment for more information. You will be REQUIRED to pass a Written Examination and a Weapons Qualification Course with a minimum score of 70% in order to pass this course and obtain an Armed Guard Card. Failure to pass either the Written Exam or Qualification Course will result in a failing grade. There are no refunds if you Fail to pass either the Written Exam or Weapons Qualification.
